This was Rick's email to me this morning:
"I really miss Katelyn's voice, Alyssa's laugh, your kisses and our child covered bed"
The first 3 parts made me smile, the last part made me laugh.
Shortly after Alyssa was born, Katelyn decided she no longer wanted to sleep in her bed and instead wanted to sleep in our bed.
The conversation went something like this
Me: Katelyn, are you ready for bed?
Katelyn: uh-huh. Momma (as she points at her bed) No...
Momma (pulls me into my bedroom and climbs onto our bed, puts her head on the pillow) Night Night.
To date, Katelyn & Alyssa are currently still sleeping in our bed.
