Oh Christmas Tree... Oh Christmas Tree... and Christmas Morning!

I was lucky enough to snap a picture after Santa visited our house! I am happy to report that Katelyn did in fact receive what she asked for - a princess bike and a radio. She also asked for earrings but Santa left a note reminding her that first she needs to get her ears pierced. Silly girl! Alyssa bear got a princess wagon that makes music and a remote control Lightning McQueen Car. Both of them also got some other goodies from Santa- a new slide, a magical mirror that talks, M&M dispensers!!! The girls definitely made out this year!

Earlier in the evening we made a quick trip to Trader Joes so that we could get some carrots for Santa's reindeer. Katelyn was asking me all sorts of questions while we were in the store- will Santa's reindeer damage our roof? Are they big? Are they heavy? How can they not damage our roof? Will they be loud and wake me up? How many reindeer help Santa fly? Do you think they want some blackberries with their carrots? Are you sure they don't want blackberries? Mommy, are you sure they won't break our roof-  I think they're really big mommy. Remember Uncle Arthur stepped on the roof and his feet broke it. I think the reindeer might break our roof mommy.

All the workers were just smiling at our conversation. :)

Christmas morning was a ton of fun this year! The girls ran in our room and asked if Santa had visited. Their stockings were upstairs on the banister so they got to those first. I think this was the first time that chocolate was for breakfast!!!

Katelyn had fun reading the tags on each gift to see who it was for.

Alyssa was fixated on a Princess Belle doll that mamaw and grandpa See sent Katelyn. Here she is reaching in the box..... then PoPo has to help her open the box! She didn't care about any of the other gifts!

PoPo and Grandpa came over that morning to join in on the fun. We are blessed that the girls have such wonderful grandparents, aunts/uncles who love and adore them.

This slide is the other toy that Alyssa bear loved, well actually both girls loved it!

Alyssa, being the nudist that she is decided to strip out of her jammies. All she wanted to do was curl up and cuddle. :) You can also see my new Lacoste watch that the girls gave me for Christmas in this picture!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!
